Our workshop in New York concentrated on one-to-one marketing – How to build multi-channel campaigns to communicate directly with your customers as unique individuals with the objective of building loyalty and increasing sales. Keynote speakers included Kristine Van Dillen, GEM Strategy who addressed the issue of mobile marketing innovations, Sherry Scapperotti, Plus Mediawho talked about insert media and Doug Steinberg, Thread Marketing who focussed on social media communications.
