Our Spring workshop was held in the magical town of Oporto.
Digital expert, Iain McCaig, QuBit and Ryan Opaz, Catavino gave insights into website analytics, personalisation and visitor behaviour. Journalist, Richard Hemming presented his findings on wine selling and marketing via Twitter.
Other activities included a visit, tasting and dinner at Grahams Port lodge, a Barco Rebelo boat trip and winetasting through Oporto, formal dinner and vintage port tasting at the famous Factory House, an insightful visit to Amorim Cork and a trip up the Douro Valley.IWCA Oporto Workshop Programme 2013
