The International Wine Clubs Association is the only trade association to group companies specialising in Direct Business to Consumer wine sales from across the globe. Our members are amongst the world’s leading experts in this field and include multi-channel businesses, pure play e-commerces and producers. Our core activities focus on biannual 2-day events which are held in major cities and wine regions all over the world. Our workshops address the latest trends and issues affecting the direct selling sector covering multi-channel sales and the latest developments in technological and digital communications. We also analyse and explore consumer behaviour patterns and expectations. Experts in these fields from within and without the wine sector participate in the programmes as well as member companies themselves who give practical insights into their own communications, promotional campaigns and customer management.
