Who knows how life will be in 2021 but, rest assured, the IWCA will be adapting to whatever context we find ourselves in. The Direct to Consumer sector will continue to flourish and develop in the new world we are venturing into as our consumers adapt and adjust their behaviour in it. The IWCA is in a unique position to accompany its members through and beyond the Covid crisis and will continue to provide services and events (real and virtual) packed with insights, initiatives and innovative intelligence.
